Red Five Labs, a Fund1 investment, was sold by HBD in April 2007. Red Five Labs has
developed smart phone technology which allows applications written in Microsoft .Net Compact Framework to work on
Symbian phones and has the potential of cutting development time and costs markedly. The company was purchased by Fedgroup.
